The rental company E.P.S. snc, located in Ravenna, Italy, has recently expanded its fleet with the purchase of the JACK high-power compact moving head.
Cristian Balbo, owner of E.P.S., decided to purchase the new moving heads by D.T.S. after a thorough product demo organized at the E.P.S. headquarters.
"I liked the versatility of the functions of the JACKs, three different projections, beam, spot and wash with the same moving head" - said Balbo - "and their build quality."
The JACKs will be installed and used throughout the summer in the most exclusive clubs of the Riviera.

D.T.S. and SGTC-PRO (D.T.S. sole dealer for Dubai) have organized an exclusive technical seminar on the new D.T.S. projectors.
The seminar was held last 7 February at the City Seasons Hotel, Dubai.
A selection of the newest D.T.S. products was demonstrated in depth by Ruben Rizzo (D.T.S. Technical Assistance): JACK High-power compact moving head; NRG 1201 High-power compact LED moving head; FOS 100 POWER and FOS 100 DYNAMIC LED bars; DELTA 10 F High-power LED projector; SCENA LED 150 LED projector; PROFILO LED 150 LED shaper.
Ruben Rizzo highlighted the benefits of the range of hi-tech projectors, generating much interest among the lighting professionals who gathered for the seminar.

The German rental company SLD - Sound Light Design has recently expanded its fleet with the purchase of 16 JACK moving heads.
Rolf Feldmann, owner of SLD has commented on the decision: "We had our first experience with the JACK when we had them installed at the Apollo Theatre Variety, in Dusseldorf. Once Lightpower introduced us the product, we specified the JACK and we installed eight in the theater. It quickly became clear that the JACK is the ideal fixture for our company, because we can use it in almost all of our projects.
Its flexibility, its low power consumption vs. power output were the reasons to invest in the JACK."

The World Expo 2012, themed “The Living Ocean and Coast”, was held in Yeosu, South Korea, from 12 May to 12 August.
The 105 countries that joined the event gathered at the ‘International Pavilion’ – the largest one in the Expo complex – where each participant had its own space. Each country shared its view based on the theme of “The Living Ocean and Coast”, delivering information and ideas using the latest in communication technology.
Germany was present in the "German Pavilion", designed by L2-LICHT Jüterbock & Körner GbR.
The DELTA 10 F RGBW were specified for lighting the area. Thanks to their excellent color reproduction, the DELTAs highlighted the fascinating images of underwater creatures that decorated the inside of the German pavilion, making each visit a unique experience.
